• How do I make custom t-shirts?

  Choose the style of t-shirt you’d like to customize–long sleeve or short sleeve, v-neck or crew neck, 100% cotton or a cotton/poly blend. Decide on your options including color, sizes, and quantity. Click the “start designing” button and choose your customization method, either embroidery or screen printing. Next, you’ll go to our Design Studio where you can either upload your own design, add clip art and text, or use one of our design templates. Save your design or share it with others before sending it off to be created.

• How do I design a custom t-shirt?

  Navigate to our online Design Studio where you can upload an image of a design you’ve created offline or start with one of our popular templates and modify it to your exact specifications.

• How does it cost to print t-shirts?

  Many factors determine the cost of your custom t-shirt, including shirt design, brand, quantity, color, number of ink colors, number of print/embroidery locations, and more. Once you’ve completed the t-shirt design process, we’ll give you a price quote before you finalize your order.

• How much does it cost to ship t-shirts?

  Standard orders from BlueCotton ship for FREE to the lower 48 states. Need your custom t-shirts in a rush or need your apparel shipped to Hawaii or Alaska? We offer rush, super rush, and custom t-shirts in a day for which shipping charges do apply. We also offer you the option of having your custom t-shirts shipped individually to your group members for an additional fee.
